Topping-Out Ceremony on 102 new houses in Kløverbladsparken in Valby

On Thursday 2 March 2017, AP Pension and NRE Denmark held a successful topping-out ceremony of 102 new houses in Kløvebladsparken, Valby.
 
With c. 75-80 guests in attendance, among which included neighbours, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, the Local Authority and the building owner – it was a well-attended event, and feedback from participants was very positive.
 
In keeping with tradition speeches were made. The project manager Finn Jørgensen from NRE opened the event by welcoming everyone and informing them about the new scheme, before annoucing, that two of the show flats were ready for viewing, two months ahead of schedule. Kim Risager, Senior Partner at Arkitema Architects, described in detail the reasoning and principle behind the development. Finally, the Property Director Peter Olsson from AP Pension, expressed his great satisfaction with the quality of work. He thanked NRE for the great collaboration on what is now the third joint housing project between the two parties. He was also pleased about the delivery of the two show flats ahead of schedule.
 
The next step is to close the house. Hand-over is still planned for the end of 2017.
