Stubkjær Invest has recently started the rental of 65 new attractive apartments on Sandkaj in Nordhavn. The project is developed and performed by NRE Denmark for Stubkjær invest, which is builder and investor.
The property is next to the waterfront. It is designed as a number of small townhouses, which together constitute a bigger structure. From the brightened apartments there is a long view and the windows in the corners gives a large view towards the harbor.
The apartments have many high quality solutions like hard wood floor, build-in slide doors, movable kitchens, glass-screened balconies, private garden in the courtyard and towards the harbor and large shared roof terraces.

The project is drawn by the architect Mangor & Nagel that has emphasized doing the property to an integrated part of the new harbor environment in Copenhagen. The façade is varied with many details and in the ground floor there is living rooms and bright areas that appears inviting. The white glass balconies are partially retracted which ensures shelter and privacy.
The new property is within a few minutes of walk from the station and the future metro station in Nordhavn. On the waterfront there is bathing possibilities and the first cafes have already opened.
The overall floor area in 6,389 storey square meters exclusive basement. The project is named Sandkaj 1.05 in the Nordhavn development plan and is earlier sold by By & Havn. The project is build by NRE Denmark in turnkey contract. The architects are Mangor & Nagel and a consulting engineering company named Oluf Jørgensen A/S. Salling Ejendomsadministration carries out the rental.
