NRE Denmark handover 128 apartments to AP Pension

AP Pensions 128 new rental apartments in Risskov Brynet in Aarhus are now ready to move into. NRE Denmark has built the construction in a turnkey contract.

The handover happens according to the time schedule, which was adjusted along the way, so that almost half of the apartments were ready as early as May.

The building is located in a former industrial district where Aarhus Sporveje has had its garage facility. It is drawn by Sleth and Arkitema Architects in an exciting and distinctive architecture, where raw concrete meets golden bay windows and balconies.

The apartments are designed with large windows. They have kitchen areas with light from both sides and large rooms. The interior is nordic style with white painted walls and beautiful wooden floors. The size various from 2 to 5 rooms and in areas from 68 to 155 sqm. Many of the apartments have a view of Aarhus Bay, Mols Bjerge (Mols Hills), and Aarhus city. There is easily access to both city life in Aarhus, local shopping and good nature experiences in Risskov.

The building includes 10 exclusive townhouses in two levels with parking area close to the entrance.
