NRE and Kirk Property sell building at Havneøen

The Havneøen E+G A/S consortium, owned by Kirk Property A/S and NRE Real Estate Denmark A/S, has entered into an agreement to sell a 7-storey residential property on Havneøen in Vejle to a local investor. With the sale, the joint project is also completely sold out. Havneøen is located on the waterfront at Vejle Fjord.

The almost 2,800 sqm residential tower with 30 apartments was completed in April 2020, as part of the construction of the second stage in the area's overall development into an exclusive neighborhood close to Vejle city center. The apartments vary in size from 71 to 177 sqm. The property is sold fully let.

“We are now at the end of the road in terms of development and commissioning, and it is therefore a pleasure to be able to hand over a building of good quality with lots of light, air and beautiful views from all apartments. We have developed the property to a point where it makes sense for us to sell. The short sales process of less than 14 days is a good example of this. We are very satisfied with the process of the project, and proud to now be able to sell a fully let and operated property. Havneøen consists of 6 residential towers of varying heights so far. All built by NRE Denmark A/S as a turnkey contractor, which like NRE Real Estate Denmark A/S is part of the development and contractor group NRE Group A/S. Kirk Property is working on the third and final stage, which includes an additional residential tower as well as a larger Zleep Hotel and an Enzo & C restaurant. Stage 3 is planned to be completed in 2023, and will also mark the completion of the Havneøen Vejle development area. Kirk Property is 100% owned by Kirk Kapital A / S, an investment company owned by the Kirk Johansen family.

The sale of the property is mediated by the commercial real estate company Halberg & Olsen.
