The area has been developed with high ambitions for durability and sustainability. The construction has a socially and environmentally sustainable concept and it will get certified. With a concept of facades and constructions in wood as an essential part of the build, the project compliments the existing buildings in the area and the surrounding nature.
Sustainability has been the key word for us in the preparation of the project. Nälstastråket is a part of a larger development area, which will be converted into a new residential area with more than 400 mixed houses and a school. The area is centrally located close to large green areas, school and swimming pool.
