FREDERIKSBERG ALLÉ 41 WINS A MIPIM AWARD

MIPIM is the world's largest real estate fair with over 27,000 participants. Every year, the fair brings together the biggest real estate players from around the world in Cannes, and in that occasion, the real estate industry's version of the Oscars is awarded in the form of the MIPIM Awards. This year, NRE is honoured not only to be among the finalists, but to have also won with Frederiksberg Allé 41 in the category "Best Mixed-Use Development".

Out of 4 finalists, Frederiksberg Allé 41 was chosen as the winner at the award ceremony on March 17 in the Palais des Festivals. Our CEO Jacob Olesen was present at the ceremony, where he received the statuette on behalf of the entire team behind the project on stage.

In a dual role as both client and turnkey contractor, we at NRE are proud that the project is gaining great international recognition and has been selected in a field of world-class projects.

Behind the project is a client consortium consisting of Unionkul Udvikling ApS, owned by Klaus Kastbjerg, and NRE Denmark A/S. The building was designed by the architectural firm COBE. NRE Denmark A/S is the turnkey contractor, and consulting engineers are Arne Elkjær A/S. The team has previously received international awards from, among others, The Silo in Nordhavn, which received a CTBUH Award as the best high-rise building in Europe in 2018.
