First stage of Carolinelund delivered to AP Pensio

In Carolinelunden in Fredericia, NRE Denmark has just handed over the first 72 homes to AP Pension, who has already begun passing over the keys to the new residents. The residents can look forward to living in a home certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
 
A total of 143 homes will be built, of which the first half has now been concluded and handed over. Construction started in 2021. CEO of AP Properties, Peter Olsson, is pleased that the first homes in Carolinelunden are now ready, and at the same time expresses satisfaction with NRE Denmark's work.
 
" We are very pleased that we can now hand over the keys to the first residents of Carolinelunden, which NRE Denmark has managed to build according to the visions and wishes that we and our architect Arkitema have had for the homes. NRE Denmark is also responsible for the construction of the other homes that we are constructing in Carolinelunden, and we look forward to a continued collaboration," says Peter Olsson about the homes, which are part of Fredericia's new district, Kanalbyen.

So far, more than half of the listed homes have been rented out, and the CEO of AP Ejendomme is very satisfied with that.
 
" We are pleased that more than half of the first leases have already been rented out in our homes in Carolinelunden. This confirms that it was the right investment decision we made when we decided to build the homes. Often the interested tenants want to see that others live in the area and be able to physically see the finished homes. Therefore, we are quite confident that the remaining homes will also be rented out," says Peter Olsson.

NRE Denmark is also quite pleased to have handed over the first 72 homes in Carolinelunden to AP Ejendomme.
 
"Since we, together with AP Properties, broke ground for Carolinelunden, the construction has been running as it should. Therefore, we are also very pleased that we have now handed over the first 72 homes to AP Ejendomme. It is an exciting project that AP Ejendomme is constructing in Carolinelunden, and we are working tirelessly on the completion of the last half of the project," says Jonas Stamp, Project Manager at NRE Denmark.
 
The total of 143 rental apartments in Carolinelunden are divided into 128 apartments, 10 terrace houses and five two-floor townhouses. The apartments are built with great variation in sizes from 45 to 125 square meters. The homes are divided into two building plots. All the homes are expected to be completed by the end of spring this year.
