Topping-out-ceremony at Søtorvet

On Søtorvet in Silkeborg, the last three of a total of 8 residential towers have now reached their final height.

On this occasion, NRE Denmark A/S and developer AP Ejendomme had the traditional topping-out-ceremony. This was celebrated with speeches from Peter Olsson, managing director of AP Ejendomme, Michael Kruse, architect at C.F. Møller Architects, and Bo Anders Olesen, chairman of NRE Group.

The three residential towers, in the final stage of the project, will contain 114 homes of 60-163 square meters containing one to four rooms respectively. Also included in the last stage of construction is a parking garage with 325 parking spaces, as well as a public city park with a view of the lakes.

The project on Søtorvet will be certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. When the project is completed at the end of the year, NRE will have built a total of 286 homes spread across eight towers on Søtorvet.
