Construction of Sentrumshagene initated

NRE Group's Norwegian sister company, NRE Norway AS, and Nrep are now initiating the project 'Sentrumshagene' in Ås. The first phase of the construction consists of approximately 100 apartments spread across two buildings as well as an underground parking facility.

The construction is commencing due to a strong start in sales. Since May 2023, a total of 58 apartments have been sold.

The second and final phase will be available for sale in 2024. In total, the Sentrumshagene project will comprise 139 apartments. The first apartments are expected to be handed over in the autumn of 2025.

Elevating the Neighborhood

The Sentrumshagene residential project will become a modern and architecturally appealing neighborhood with ground-floor businesses, creating active urban spaces and meeting places in the center of Ås. The project emphasizes a high proportion of blue-green areas, including the establishment of green roofs, among other features. Low CO2 emission materials are used, and with a focus on energy efficiency, the project is expected to have a positive CO2 balance.

Collaboration with the turnkey contractor

The turnkey contractor responsible for the construction of the Sentrumshagene neighborhood  is J.I. Bygg AS.
