New showroom office at World Trade Center Ballerup

Ballerup's new landmark now stands at its full height of 15 floors. The tower is ready for occupancy in September, but you can already experience a fully furnished office floor in the new building, realized by NRE as the builder in collaboration with Kongeegen.

High ceilings, exposed installations, raw concrete walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fantastic view are just some of the things that renters can look forward to in the tower.

The furnished office spaces are 357 sqm, 373 sqm, and 614 sqm, and are located on the 3rd floor. The rooms are furnished with different floor coverings that reflect the choices that future businesses have, to put their own mark on the interior design.

Ballerup Mayor Jesper Würtzen visited the newly decorated facilities at an informal event on January 25th:

"The Lautrup area has a new landmark. In Ballerup Municipality, we are very positive towards the business community and we are very proud to have the highest gross domestic product per capita. The WTC Ballerup tower provides an opportunity for even more small and medium-sized enterprises to establish themselves alongside the large companies, which creates a fantastic synergy."

Director Benedicte Rønje of World Trade Center Ballerup is pleased with the continued high interest:

In addition to medium and large leases, the tower’s nearly 20,000 sqm will consist of an additional shared rooftop terrace on the 15th floor, meeting facilities, including a large auditorium with space for over 200 people, VIP Business Club facilities, and 30 serviced apartments – a good alternative to a hotel room for expatriate employees or other company guests.

Along with the tower, which will be environmentally certified with DGNB silver, a 5-story parking garage with 430 parking spaces has been built.

NRE Denmark expects to celebrate the traditional topping-out ceremony for the building-site workers when warmer weather arrives in the spring.
