Grand Opening of Ballerup's New Landmark

On the 10th anniversary of the opening of Denmark’s first and so far only World Trade Center, we are proud to unveil Ballerup’s new landmark. As planned, the impressive high-rise is now complete, and the first companies have already begun settling into their newly designed spaces. High ceilings, exposed installations, raw concrete walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a stunning view are just a few of the features companies can enjoy in this building, which is environmentally certified with DGNB Silver.

Ballerup’s Mayor Jesper Würtzen inaugurated the newly arranged facilities at a large opening event on September 12th:
“Ballerup has gained an impressive landmark. The WTC Ballerup high-rise provides the opportunity for even more small and medium-sized enterprises to establish themselves alongside large corporations, creating fantastic synergy. This will help ensure that the Lautrup area remains a leading business hub in both Ballerup and the capital region. At the same time, the expansion of shared facilities allows surrounding companies to benefit from the building to an even greater extent, strengthening cooperation between businesses.”

CEO Ib Henrik Rønje of Kongeegen A/S is excited about the strong interest:

In addition to medium and large office spaces, the nearly 20,000 m2 high-rise also includes meeting facilities, a shared rooftop terrace, VIP Business Club facilities, and 30 serviced apartments – an attractive alternative to a hotel room for expatriates, for example. Alongside the high-rise, a parking garage with 430 spaces has also been constructed.
