Topping-out ceremony marks key milestone in the Skejby project

On Thursday, 26 March, a topping-out ceremony was held at NRE’s project in Skejby, where we, as the main contractor, are constructing two buildings comprising a total of three retail units and one restaurant for Prisma Properties.

The topping-out marks a key milestone in the project. The roof structures have now been completed, and the buildings are closed and weather-tight. The project has therefore entered its next phase, where interior works, including technical installations and lighting, are progressing, while finishing works such as flooring and final painting are being initiated. In parallel, external works continue, including paving, kerbs and parking areas.

The development also features a number of architectural qualities, including sedum roofs that contribute to a greener expression, as well as façades with slatted detailing that create a dynamic shadow effect.

The project has progressed according to plan, and there is a high level of satisfaction with the collaboration:
