Topping-out ceremony in Virklund

Today, we had the pleasure of celebrating the topping-out ceremony for our project in Virklund, where the framework for new grocery stores and a pizzeria is now clearly taking shape.

The topping-out ceremony marks an important milestone in the construction process, with the structural shell completed and our attention now turning to the next phases of the project. It is always a special day on site – and a great opportunity to say thank you.

We would like to extend a big thank you to all the craftsmen and partners for their efforts and excellent collaboration so far. It is their commitment and expertise that have made it possible to reach this point.

The Virklund project will provide new, attractive spaces for grocery retail, and we are pleased to be part of a modern development where sustainability, CO₂ footprint, and alternative heating sources have been considered from the start.
