NRE Denmark handover a restaurant for Bone’s

On Thursday 28 January 2016 Bone’s will open their new restaurant in Tilst, Aarhus. The restaurant has just been handed-over by NRE Denmark A/S.
 
Bone’s is in the process of furnishing the new restaurant with a total area of 830 squaremetres in 2 floors having outside service on the first floor. The restaurant lies next to the new KFC restaurant in the new shopping area in Tilst by Havkærvej and Viborgvej.
 
Jan Laursen, who is the co-owner of Bone's says: ”Aarhus is a great location for Bone’s. For many years we have been looking for the right location for our second restaurant in the area and now we are looking forward to opening in Tilst. We will have some exciting neighbours and some active shoppers.”
 
NRE Denmark A/S have developed the restaurants for Bone’s and KFC and furthermore they have had the role as the turn-key contractor. Jonas Olesen, sales responsible at NRE Denmark, says: ” It has been a good and trustworthy building process with a good co-operation between all parties during the entire project. We are very pleased that we have now handed-over two impressive restaurants in the new shopping area in Tilst. The restaurants both have their own unique characteristics and customer base, but undoubtedly they will both gain from the increased joint trafic.”
 
The owner and leaseholder of the new Bone's restaurant is a private investor.
 
The new shopping area is designed by Retail Architects. The development of the area in Tilst was originally started by Hesø Udvikling A/S. NRE Denmark took the project over as per December 2013. The district plan regarding the area, which was signed in December 2013, allows for a further approx. 4400 squaremetres of building.
