New Bone’s restaurant opened in Randers

NRE Denmark A/S has handed over Bone's new restaurant of a total of 850 square meters. The new restaurant has two levels with a 75 square meter roof terrace on the 1st floor. Hanssen Ejendomme A/S as owner and Bone’s as tenant have developed the project in collaboration with NRE Denmark, which has built the entire building as a turnkey contract.
 
Michael Andersen, CEO of Hanssen Ejendomme, says: “We are pleased that Bones can open a completely new and exciting restaurant, and we look forward to the further development of the area. Although a construction in a corona era presents many challenges, I am happy that we, together with Bone's and NRE, have reached our goal on time, and I look forward to following the restaurant's development in the years to come.”
 
At NRE Denmark, there is also joy over the delivery, which is also the third Bone's restaurant that the company has built. Jonas Anders Olesen, Sales and Development Director at NRE Denmark, says: "It is with great pleasure that we once again have delivered a beautiful restaurant to Bone's, and we would like to say thank you to Bone's and Hanssen Ejendomme for a mutual and good collaboration."
 
Jan Laursen, who is co-owner of Bone's, welcomes the new restaurant: "Randers is a good city for Bone's. It has been a difficult decision for us to move from our old restaurant in Søndergade, but I am really looking forward to welcoming our guests in the beautiful and up-to-date surroundings.”
 
The new restaurant is located in a larger shopping area with neighbors such as Bilka, Bauhaus and Randers Storcenter.
