NRE Denmark A/S has just handed over a 1.200 square meters new convenience store with an associated car spaces in the north-western part of Silkeborg.
 
The store is built in turnkey contract for Ejendomsselskabet NH1 Silkeborg ApS and with Aldi as the tenant.
 
The new store is located in an established shopping area with other convenience stores as Dagrofa Foodservice, Netto and SuperBrugsen, and built according to Aldi’s new and modern concept with wide hallways, light areas and a bake-off department.
 

The 7th December the topping-out-ceremony on Plantorama Taastrup was celebrated.
 
Lately there has been a lot of activity on the construction site for the 15.000 square meter large centre, were concrete elements and steel have been placed.
 
During the ceremony there were speeches from Peter Vang Christensen, CEO at Plantorama, and Jacob Eiskjær Olesen, CEO at NRE.
 
When Plantorama Taastrup is finished it will be the largest garden centre in both Denmark and Scandinavia.
 

On Tursday 15th November at 10 am Burger King opens the chains newest restaurant in the intersection between Viborgvej and Havkjærvej in Tilst. The restaurant is built by NRE Denmark in a turnkey contract for Hesø Group A/S. 

The new restaurant is 830 square meters in one floor with a double drive-through, self-service machines and a new modern scandinavian look that makes the restaurant stand out from the chain’s other restaurants in Aarhus.
 

NRE Denmark A/S and Ejendomsselskabet NH1 Silkeborg ApS have entered a turnkey contract for the construction of an Aldi store in the north-western part of Silkeborg. The real estate company NH1 Silkeborg is the client for the construction, while NRE Denmark is the general contractor.
 
The new Aldi will be approximately 1,200 sqm with an expected 85 associated parking spaces. The store will live up to the store chain's new and modern concept with wide corridors, bright rooms and a bake-off department for preparing bread and cake.
 

NRE Denmark A/S has handed over a new extension to Plantorama's existing garden centre in Hillerød. NRE Denmark has built the extension as a turnkey contract in close collaboration with Plantorama's project department.

The new extension is approximately 4,800 square meters and increases the total area of ​​the centre to 14,800 square meters. Thus, Plantorama Hillerød becomes Denmark's largest garden centre once again.

NRE Denmark A/S has handed over new extensions to the existing Plantorama centres in Randers and Viborg. In Viborg the extension comprises approximately 1,400 square meters and in Randers it is approximately 2,200 square meters. In both centres, the extension consists of a covered garden plant section with a flexible roof, which can be opened and closed as needed and according to the weather.

Plantorama and Hesø Group have just entered into turnkey contracts with NRE Denmark A/S, for the conversion of a 45,000 sqm ground in Høje-Taastrup to a new large retail area. Locally the area is called the ‘windmill plot’.

NRE Denmark A/S has begun construction of a 4,800 m2 extension of the existing Plantorama center in Hillerød. The new extension is a so-called rovero, of which 1,250 m2 will be a high-bay warehouse and 3,450 m2 will be a covered garden plant department, in which the roof can be opened and closed as needed. Along with the expansion, the parking lot will be increased to 500 parking spaces.
 

NRE Denmark A/S has handed over Bone's new restaurant of a total of 850 square meters. The new restaurant has two levels with a 75 square meter roof terrace on the 1st floor. Hanssen Ejendomme A/S as owner and Bone’s as tenant have developed the project in collaboration with NRE Denmark, which has built the entire building as a turnkey contract.
 

NRE Denmark A/S and Plantorama have entered into an agreement on two larger extensions to the garden center chain's two centers in Viborg and Randers. It is also an extension of the parties' cooperation in continuation of the newly built centers in Tilst and Hørsholm, which were completed in the spring this year. NRE Denmark is constructing both center extensions as a turnkey contract.
