NRE build 181 apartments at Enghave Brygge

Now NRE Denmark A/S is starting the construction of 181 attractive apartments at Enghave Brygge, the new neighborhood of Copenhagen. The new building, named The Residence CPH (formerly called Nobelhuset), is build on its own island on the southwestern part of the neighborhood. It is located next to the Belvedere canal and Frederiksholmløbet as well as two smaller canals.
 
Behind the project is a joint venture partnership between the investors Allan Freivald and Lars Braüner and NRE Real Estate A/S, which is the investment company of NRE Group. PKA is the financial partner on the project. NRE Denmark A/S is the turnkey contractor and Mangor and Nagel are the architects. PKA is the financial partner on the project.
 
The new property is build as a 4-7-storey building facing the canals and with penthouses with private roof terraces at the top. The inner courtyard opens onto Frederiksholmløbet. All roads in the new residential area will be named after Nobel Prize recipients. The address becomes Linus Pauling's Road, named after the world's only double Nobel Prize winner.
 
The apartments will compromise one to five bedrooms all with large window sections, view over the canal and easy access to Frederiksholmløbet. In the basement are established parking lots to the residents of the property. The architectural design offers different elements, including different types of balconies, use of gates, indentation, varied facades, canopies and details in the light masonry.
 
I connection to the project, there will be established new bridge connections for cars, bicycles and walking. It connects the island with the adjacent roads. The architecture of the project follows the overall vision of Enghave Brygge, which is focused on creating a closed, living and connected neighborhood near the waterfront.

At NRE we are happy to be putting our touch on this development with this modern storey building with good and functional apartments in first row towards the waterfront. From our earlier projects on the Nordhavn we have experienced that the easy access to water weighs very high among the residents.”
 
The overall floor area will be approx. 17,000 square meters. With water on all four sides the future residents gets the optimal setting urban life on the edge of the harbor with many possibilities for staying out door. The traffic in the area is taking into account for the soft roads users. There is only approx. 150 meters to the new metro station in the neighborhood.
