NRE Denmark hand out new residential project to NREP

NRE Denmark A/S has just handed over a large project at 5,500 square meters to NREP. The 6-storey property is located on Vallensbæk Stationstorv and contains 40 modern owner-occupied flats that together constitute 4,300 square meters and an approx.1,200 square meters large Netto store in the ground floor.
 
The apartments are high quality and in different sizes from 60 to 120 square meters with a large shared roof garden and several large terraces. From most apartments there is a view of the harbor, Arken and Vallensbæk Beach Park.
 
Jacob Eiskjær Olesen from NRE Denmark says: “We have had a good and constructive corporation with NREP and it is with a great pleasure that we once again have handed over such a great construction with attractive flats.”
 
The new building is a part of a large expansion of the city area in Vallensbæk that is in the making both north and south for the station in Vallensbæk. The vision for the area is to make Stationstorvet a natural gathering place with an attractive urban space with stores, business and culture.

“We are very happy about the new construction which matches really well in Vallensbæk municipality and the ambitious plans for the area. It offer high quality apartments with a good finish,” says the investor director at NREP, Thomas Riise-Jacobsen.
 
The project started in November 2016 and with NRE Denmark as turnkey contractor and NREP as builder. Henrik Vangsted has had the role building consulter, Skovhus Arkitekter has designed the project and HAMI Consult has been consulting engineer.
