NRE Denmark hand out 102 rental apartsments to AP Pension in Valby

NRE Denmark just handed over 102 apartments for rent in Valby to AP Pension. The new residential area Kløverbladsparken is located in Valby's old industrial district at Ny Ellebjerg Station. From 1th December, the new residents will enter the new buildings.
 
The construction is built as karré- and terraced houses in varying height up to 6 storeys. The apartments are 60-175 square meters with shared roof terraces and an attractive courtyard environment.
 
Jacob Eiskjær Olesen, CEO NRE Denmark A/S, says: "It has been a pleasure to contribute to developing Valby's old industrial area into a modern residential area with architect designed buildings and energy-friendly apartments that are both close to the city center and close to green areas."

Since AP Pension started the rental of the 102 apartments, in Arkitema Architects-designed housing close to Valby Park, has there been a massive demand and almost all apartments are already rented.
Peter Olsson, Director of AP Ejendomme, expresses great satisfaction with the project: "We wanted to create an environment in harmony with the historic industrial district, which offered modern and versatile homes with incredibly exciting architecture. We believe our contribution has made this. When we at the same time can ensure our pension customers a good return, all parties win."

The property management company, DEAS, is in scharge of both rental, administration and operation. Leasing manager of DEAS, Lasse Rüsz, has noticed how the demand has been high since the rental started in spring 2017. He says: "Valby has become an extremely attractive area to live in as a result of the urban development. At the same time, 102 apartments are centrally located not far from Toftegårdsplads and only 10 minutes from Rådhuspladsen by train, car or bicycle."
