Shortly NRE Denmark A/S takes the first sod to a new stage with 126 residences at Risskov Brynet, Aarhus. The project is built for AP Pension and is characterized by having a reasonable rent in an attractive location.
The new stage will start, while almost all of the 295 previously constructed apartments are being rented.
- From the beginning, we have experienced a very strong demand for our apartments in Risskov Brynet. It has been a success to build solid apartments with an attractive location and a reasonable rent. They are almost torn away, says Peter Olsson, director of AP Ejendomme.
The part of the construction that already had been build in Risskov Brynet by AP Pension, consists of 295 homes. These are divided in a number of villa apartments closest to the existing residential area, two rows of 2 to 5-storey properties and a high-rise apartment with 7 floors. The upcoming stage consists of further 126 apartments in two properties divided in storey properties and one more high-rise house.
- Through the establishment of the properties we have ensured, that the visual play with materials gives each hall its own identity. Even tho there are many homes gathered in one place. It creates an interesting perspective and gives the building a modern and aesthetic expression, says Peter Olsson.
The establishment of the next stage of the construction in Risskov Brynet is made in collaboration with the turnkey contractor, NRE Denmark.
