Letting of 120 new apartments in Latinerkvarteret in Aarhus is starting

Shortly 120 apartments are ready to receive new tenants in Latinergården. The letting starts now. The new building gets addresses in Borggade, Paradisgade and Studsgade in the Latin Quarter in Aarhus.

Latinergården has apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 4 rooms, in addition a number of smaller shops on the ground floor. All apartments contains an open-plan kitchen-dining area and have lights from several sides.

Jonas Olesen, Sales Manager at turnkey contractor NRE Denmark A/S, which also is a part of the group of owners, said: "The Latin Quarter is with it’s cafes and creative activities an attractive residential area, and Latinergården gives the whole area a significant boost. Already now we have felt a lot of interest on the apartments."
 
The 120 apartments ranges from 41 to 144 square meters and the building has up to 5 floors. As a part of the upgrading of the area, a passage is established through the building's green courtyard from Paradisgade to Borggade.
 
The administration company Laros is chosen to handle the letting. Further information about the apartments or the construction can be found at laros.dk/latinergaarden, latins.dk and Facebook.
