NRE Denmark hand over convenience store at Holstebro

NRE Denmark A/S has just handed over a 1,200 square meter convenience store located in Halgård Vest at Holstebro. The store is build in a turnkey contract for Innovater A/S and gets Rema 1000 as tenant.

The building is part of a major development of the residential area in Halgård, which is on the way north-east of route 15 (Herningvej) and north of Halgårdvej. The new Rema 1000 will provide new shopping opportunities for residents in Halgård and Mejdal.
 
The building is drawn by ATRA and was started in September 2017.
