Festive topping-out ceremony in Risskov Brynet

Tuesday 4th of October AP Pension and NRE Denmark had invited to topping-out ceremony in connection to the construction of 128 apartments in Risskov Brynet.

The construction is a part of the last stage of AP Pension’s rental houses in Risskov in Aarhus. The construction consists of 128 rental apartments in two housing rows divided into two storey houses, terraced houses and a high-rise apartment building.

Director of AP Ejendomme, Peter Olsson, expressed once again joy for going to the event in Risskov, as well as a great satisfaction with the fact that the ending of the is now near: “With this ceremony we mark, that we are moving into the last stage of the construction in Risskov”. A construction that will consist of a wide range of attractive and modern apartments. Once again the construction demonstrates the good cooperation between AP Pension and NRE Denmark”.

The craftsmen on the construction site kept a break during the ceremony. With a good attendance from all groups on the construction site, it was a successful topping-out ceremony. The attendance listened to speech from Peter Olsson, AP Ejendomme, Kim Risager, Arkitema and Jonas Olesen, NRE Denmark, before the ordered hot dog stand opened.

The construction is built in a turnkey contract by NRE Denmark and is planned to be finish in the summer 2019.
