NRE Denmark A/S has handed over 4700 m2 of housing at Borgergade in Silkeborg to the builders AAB Silkeborg and Silkeborg Boligselskab. The first tenants will move in on 27 November 2015. Both AAB Silkeborg and Silkeborg Boligselskab have had great demand for the news apartments and townhouses which have been ripped away.
The building has 24 apartments, 16 townhouses and 750 m2 office/retail. The building is located close by the shopping area Center Nord in Silkeborg.
Jonas Olesen, sales manager at NRE, says: ”The entire building process has been good and all parties are satisfied with the result. The building takes part in lifting the area and we are pleased to be able to hand-over a very exciting building to the two builders. The next step for us is to find the right mix of leaseholders to the commercial premises which are facing Borgergade. The premises are suitable for shops, offices, restaurants or clinics.”
The commercial premises can be organised and designed according to the wishes of the future leaseholders. Årstiderne Arkitekter A/S is the sketching architects. Laban Arkitekter A/S is the designing architect. Søren Jensen Rådgivende Ingeniørfirma A/S is the engineer.
