AP Pension construct 102 apartments for let in Valby

AP Pension have recently started the construction of 102 new apartments for let in the former industrial district in Valby. NRE Denmark A/S are the turn-key contractor.
 
The new building is constructed in 6 floors on the corner of Kløverbladsgade and Carl Jacobsens Vej, close by the Ny Ellebjerg Station.
 
The total area of the building is 10,200 sqm. The sizes of the apartments are from 50-150 sqm. The building will be made with a facade in reddish brown bricks. The apartments will have balconies and some of them will have their own roof terrace. The courtyard area will be made with green spaces and there will be a small basement parking for the residents in the building. Part of the ground floor is designed for commercial lease.
 
Arkitema Architects is the architect, Arne Elkjær A/S is the consulting engineer and Bytoft Consulting ApS is the consultant to the building owner. DEAS is in charge of the letting.
