Handover of housing project at Nordhavn

NRE Denmark A/S have just handedover 37 owner-occupied flats at Sandkaj 1.03, Nordhavn to the builder NREP Copenhagen Residential Fund I, managed by NREP and Agenda Property. Approximately half of the flats have been sold and the first owners will be moving in by March. The building at Sandkaj is the first of three housing projects at Nordhavn which NRE Denmark handover.
 
Located in the inner part of Nordhavn facing the basin most of the apartments have a view of the water. The building is constructed in 4-6 floors, the apartments are from 69-147 sqm. with 2, 3 or 4 rooms. All the apartments have their own balcony and furthermore there are two joint roof terraces. The floor space of the buiding is 4332 incl. 414 sqm. basement and it is located only few minutes from Nordhavn Station.
 
Jonas Olesen, Sales Manager at NRE Denmark, says: ”The cooperation with NREP and Agenda Property has been really good throughout the entire project, and we are very pleased with the final result at Sandkaj 1.03.”
 
The Sandkaj 1.03 project was startet in 2012 by Corpus Development as a part of an agreement with By & Havn. In 2013 Corpus Development made over the project development to NRE Denmark who then made an agreement with NREP Copenhagen Residential Fund I. Sadolin & Albæk have been the advisor and E+N Arkitektur have been the architect.
