The Danish real estate company NRE Group sets up in Norway

NRE Group who is developing and constructing real estate projects within retail, offices and housing sets up in Norway. NRE will be focussing on the Greater Oslo region, including areas such as Drammen, Asker, Lillestrøm and Ski. To be in charge of the set-up of the Norwegian subsidiary NRE Group has made agreements with two experienced persons.

Allan Sønderbæk (41) has been employed as CEO at NRE Norway AS. Allan is an MSc in International Marketing from Syddansk Universitet. Han comes from a position as CEO at Conceptor Eiendom, who own and develop retail, offices and housing. In his earlier years he was the project- and development manager at Steen & Strøm Norge for 10 years.

Søren Lauridsen Bjørnholt (38) has been employed as manager of sales and real estate development. Søren is an MSc in International Business from the business college in Aarhus and he comes from an employment as real estate developer at Kruse Smith Eiendom.
 
Together they have more than 25 years of experience from the real estate business in Norway.

NRE Group is present in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Since 2010 NRE has handed over 55,000 sqm and today the company is in process of construction a further 76,000 sqm. The company is one of the largest contractors at Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Several interesting projects are under construction including The Silo which has the most expensive apartment in Denmark.

NRE hands over high-quality, turn-key real estate projects which meet the latest environmental demands. The company is experiences in the entire process from the creation of an idea to the hand over, so it contributes to creating complete and efficient solutions.
