AAB Silkeborg will be moving into new premises at Borgergade

NRE has now made an agreement with AAB Silkeborg regarding the lease of the commercial premises at Borgergade.
 
Before AAB will be moving into their new facilities NRE will be rebuilding the 750 sqm according to AAB's needs and it will all be ready during October 2016. The rebuilding will take place during the coming months.
 
When moving in AAB will be close by their tenants since they where one of the builders, along with Silkeborg Boligselskab, who in 2015 constructed the 4700 sqm. of housing. At hand over in November 2015 the 24 apartments and the 16 townhouses where ripped away.
