NRE chosen as the turn key contractor Havneøen, Vejle

Kirk Kapital and AP Pension have made an agreement with NRE Denmark A/S as the turn key contractor of the construction of the exclusive housing area Havneøen in Vejle.
 
The first phase of the construction includes 10,700 squaremeters having 55 lejligheder in the first and second row facing Vejle Fjord. The first apartments are ready to occypancy by the end of 2018.
 
Construction of the four towers - 5, 7, 9 and 11 floors respectively - has started. At present the concret foundations are being made and around new year 2016/2017 the outer walls of the towers will start rising. The entire construction will be made in the same brick material, but the four towers will have individual expressions.
 
The housing area at Havneøen has been drawn by Arkitema Architects. The new Kirk Kapital domicile, drawn by Olafur Eliasson, and Havneøen will be part of the new waterfront in Vejle. The area will be part of the total promenade facing Vejle Fjord. The environment will be vivacious and available and will enable the public to access the coastline.
 
The apartments vary in size from 140 to 400 squaremeters, and the eight largest will be made as penthouse apartments in 2 floors. The apartments in phase 1 will be sold at prices from DKK 4.5 mio. to DKK 16 mio. Home Projektsalg in Vejle is handling the sales.
