NRE Denmark hand over 173 apartments to AP Pension

NRE Denmark A/S just handed over 173 apartments for rent at DR Byen, Ørestad Nord, Copenhagen to the builder AP Pension. The first tenants have moved in.
The block housing is called Schades Have, and it is in five to eight floors. The apartments vary from 1-6 rooms. The total area of the building is approximately 17,000 squaremetres and it is built around a joing courtyard area. Some of the apartments have a view over Amager Fælled. At streetlevel there are four small business leases, among other things a café, a hairdresser and a kiosk.
 
Schades Have is located right next to DR Byen and is also close to the subway station DR Byen and the university of Copenhagen.
 
Jonas Olesen, sales responsible at NRE Denmark, says: ”We have had a really nice co-operation with AP Pension throughout the entire project, and we are very pleased that we have now handed over this exciting building with an attractive location. We have tried to create the best conditions for family life in the city."
 
The building of Schades Have was startet in August 2015. NRE Denmark is the turnkey contractor. AP Pension is the builder, Arkitema is the architects and Arne Elkjær is the engineer.
