NRE Sweden is building approx. 80 homes in Täby

NRE Sweden AB has har obtained a large area in Hägerneholm in the community of Täby Kommune, approx. 3 km. north of Stockholm. Here we will construct 5,300 m2 of housing. NRE is constructing approx. 80 rented homes in the new area where approx. 1,100 homes will be built along with school and a sports hall. The district plan was decided in 2015 and construction start is expected to be during 2017. Arkitema Architects is the architetc.
 
Hägernholm is a new part of town lying close to both the water as well as the city park, Hägerneholmsparken. In the area there will be different houses such as double houses, block of flats in up to 10 floors with a large number of small apartments. The area lies next to the existing tradearea in Arninge. The new housing area will reveal a brisk part of town since the district plan opens up for not only housing but also further trade, offices etc.

The first tenants will be mowing in during 2017-18, and the entire area will be finished in 2020-21.
