Hotel project in Fredericia

NRE is constructing a new extension and renovation for Trinity Hotel and Conference Center in Fredericia.

We are pleased to announce that NRE has been selected as the turnkey contractor for an exciting expansion and renovation project at Trinity Hotel and Conference Center in Fredericia.

The project includes both new construction and remodeling — a total of approximately 4,000 m² across three floors. The development will comprise 44 new hotel rooms, modern conference facilities, and a foyer building that will architecturally connect the new and existing structures. In addition, the outdoor areas will be redesigned to include new recreational spaces, a shared entrance plaza, and an extended parking area with a new access road from Gl. Færgevej.

With its scenic location near the Little Belt and surrounded by greenery, the expanded facilities will offer a functional and inspiring setting for conferences, meetings, and hotel stays — from large-scale events to smaller, more intimate gatherings.

The project is designed by Arkitema, and construction is expected to start in September 2025, with completion planned for November 2026.
